Refund policy

Physical and online gallery purchases are final and not eligible for return. If the artwork is arrives defective, I will facilitate repair for you. Please contact hello@andigarbarino.com

*In-person workshop purchases are not eligible for refunds, but we will always do our best to accommodate you on another workshop, or offer you a online store voucher for the value of your workshop if you are unable to attend.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@andigarbarino.com within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request promptly.

Exceptions

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Commissioned or bespoke artworks made to your personal specifications
  • Locations outside of the EU

Returns (EU Only)

Returned items should be in the same condition as received, having been handled only as necessary to inspect them — as you would in a gallery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds (EU Only)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@andigarbarino.com.
